this week
Now
What is in motion right now, read from the planning board that runs the lab. This is a filtered public view: the board itself stays internal, and the filter is deliberately strict — nothing that names a project, a system, a host or a person gets through.

Open work
8 items in the public view — 19 more are open on the board but stay off this page. Titles appear as they were written; anything that could identify internal work is dropped whole.
- First-party analytics from access logs — no third-party JS
- Client-side search across the notes (static index, no third-party JS)
- Blog surface `/writing` over the field notes: codename/theme filters, permalinks, RSS
- Deploy the contact service once its prerequisites land (currently 503 by design)
- Update DEPLOY.md from PROPOSAL to APPLIED with real verification evidence
- Shared digest — all project coordinators post their daily digests here
- Coordinator desk — Digests
- Operator announcements
method
How this list is produced
- Open work items are pulled from the internal planning board by a small generator script and written to one static data file.
- Every title passes an explicit denylist before it is published: anything naming a project, a system, a host or a person is dropped entirely — never paraphrased.
- The web server only reads the generated file; it cannot reach the board, so this page can never show anything newer than the file itself.
- No identifiers travel with the data: work-package numbers, links and internal detail never leave the board.
honesty notes
What this page will not show
- A live view. The timestamp above is the generation time of the feed — if the generator stops running, the page says so by being visibly older.
- Project names, host names, customer or counterparty names, or anyone's name.
- Everything on the board. Items that do not clear the filter simply do not appear, and the count of hidden items is shown instead.
- Any client-side fetching — this page renders once, server-side, from one file, with no JavaScript of its own.
